Hi, my name is Isa Heesbeen and I am 18 years old. I love entrepreneurship and have a passion for design.
In March 2023 I unexpectedly ended up in hospital. There the doctors told me that I have fibro lamellar cancer, which is a very rare form of liver cancer. My dream has always been to set up my own business and because of my personal story, I decided to make that dream a reality.
In the hospital I was treated well with love and specialist knowledge. It reminded me of an artwork I had conceived for my studies in Spatial Design. I decided to use the artwork to make my dream come true and that’s how Embrace-Studio was born. Embrace studio symbolizes living in the moment, and supporting each other despite your life situation.
The artwork is called the ISA-Tabouret which stands for: Iconic Storage Art.
With a purchase of the ISA-Tabouret, a contribution goes to KWF Dutch Cancer Society. Because I myself no longer have a future, I do want to do everything I can to be able to give it to others.
This is how I do my part for a cancer-free world. That’s my mission!

The first 200 units of the ISA-Tabouret are expected in the Netherlands in mid-July. We have had more than 100 additional units produced. Further production depends on sales.

The Tabouret is available in Gold/yellow, Terra with flock finish, Sand and Anthracite. Other colours may be added in the future.
The ISA-Tabouret is 56cm high and the diameter of the top is 35cm.
For each ISA-Tabouret sold, we will contribute approximately 5% to the KWF and transfer it each period. We will mention the deposit on the website and socials.
If your item is damaged or broken upon delivery or you have received the wrong colour, you can send us an email or WhatsApp message with a photo of the damage. We will then ensure that you will receive a replacement as soon as possible.
